Terms of Service for Finish Line Graphics

Welcome to Finish Line Graphics! These Terms of Service govern the use of our services, including the creation of custom t-shirts, embroidery, vinyl graphics, banners, awards, and any other related services (“Services”). By engaging our services, you  agree to the following terms:

1. General Terms

Finish Line Graphics is a creative shop specializing in custom printing, embroidery, vinyl graphics, banners, and awards. Our services are provided on a case-by-case basis, and we aim to provide high-quality products to meet your specific needs.

2. Project Scope and Pricing

  • Custom Pricing: Each project is unique and subject to individual pricing based on the scope of work. The final price will be provided to you after we review the specifics of your order. This includes, but is not limited to, the type of product, complexity of design, quantity, and materials involved.

  • Estimates: Estimates provided by Finish Line Graphics are subject to change based on final specifications, revisions, and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the project. A detailed quote will be given before work begins.

3. Timeline & Delivery

  • Project Timelines: The timeline for completing each project is determined on a case-by-case basis. Factors such as the complexity of the order, order size, current workload, and materials used will all be considered when establishing a completion date.

  • Delays: We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to supply chain issues, weather, or customer delays (such as design approvals), may occur. We will notify you of any delays and provide an updated timeline.

4. Rush Orders and Rush Fees

  • Rush Orders: If you require expedited service, we offer rush processing for certain orders. Rush orders will be assessed and priced on a case-by-case basis, depending on the project’s complexity and the timeline requested.

  • Rush Fee: A rush fee will be applied to any order that requires an expedited turnaround. The fee will be clearly outlined in the quote provided to you prior to work beginning. Rush orders are subject to availability and may not be possible during peak seasons.

5. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A deposit may be required to begin work on certain projects. The deposit amount will be specified in the quote or contract provided to you. The deposit is non-refundable once the design and production process begins.

  • Final Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of the project or delivery of the product, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 

  • Late Fees: Any overdue payments will incur a late fee, which will be outlined in the final invoice. Failure to pay in full may result in withholding of the completed order until the balance is settled.

6. Design and Artwork Approval

  • Design Approval: Before we begin production, you will receive a digital proof of the design. You must approve the proof before work proceeds. Any design changes after approval may result in additional fees and delays.

  • Ownership of Artwork: All artwork and designs created by Finish Line Graphics are the property of Finish Line Graphics until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the ownership of the design will transfer to the Client unless otherwise stated in the contract.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Returns and Refunds: Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on completed orders. If there is a mistake or defect in the final product due to our error, we will work with you to rectify the issue promptly.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order at any time prior to the production process. However, once production has started, the deposit is non-refundable, and cancellation may result in additional fees to cover work already completed.

8. Quality and Warranty

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If there is a manufacturing defect in the product, please contact us and we will make arrangements for a replacement or adjustment. We do not guarantee durability if the product is used improperly or damaged due to wear and tear.

9. Limitation of Liability

Finish Line Graphics is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit, or other losses arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

10. Intellectual Property

  • Client-Provided Materials: By submitting artwork, logos, or other materials to Finish Line Graphics, you confirm that you own or have the rights to use such materials. You agree to indemnify and hold Finish Line Graphics harmless from any claims of intellectual property infringement related to materials provided by you.

  • Finish Line Graphics Materials: All designs, logos, and intellectual property created by Finish Line Graphics remain the property of Finish Line Graphics until fully paid for, unless otherwise agreed upon.

11. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your designs and information. We will not share or sell your information to third parties except where necessary to fulfill the order (e.g., shipping or payment processing).

12. Changes to Terms

Finish Line Graphics reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated terms will apply to all new and existing orders as of the effective date.

By placing an order or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
